2. Please check whether the device model is selected correctly in the APP search interface.
3. Restore the machine to factory settings and restart the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. Some Android phones need to turn on GPS positioning.
4. If the device is not found, you can go to the system settings to perform Bluetooth detection. If the system also does not search for the device, it is a hardware problem; if it can be searched, you can try to cancel the pairing and pair it again.
5. It is recommended to uninstall and reinstall the APP and then test the connection.
6. It is recommended to change other mobile phones to search and connect for a second attempt.
7. If the above problems are eliminated, it is a printer failure. Please contact after-sales customer service to send it back for processing.

2. Please reset the template, ensuring the correct paper type is selected, then restart the printer and connect to print.
3. If the above methods fail, it is preliminarily determined to be a hardware malfunction. Contact customer service for assistance in returning the printer.
1. Please connect the power cord to the corresponding mobile phone to charge and test whether the power cord is normal.
2. If the power cord is damaged, please replace the power cord and charge again.

4.2 Check the R value. If it is not displayed or displays ERR, it may be a machine malfunction or a faulty RFID chip in the supply.
4.3 Try printing a self-test page again with a different roll of encrypted supply. If the problem persists, please provide a photo of the self-test page information and the RFID batch number of the supply to customer service for assistance.
