To ensure that the first sheet of paper is not wasted, the machine will retract the paper 30mm after closing the cover, so please do not open the cover frequently when the machine is on.

1. Please check whether the label paper is tilted when putting the paper and closing the cover. Try to avoid the label paper position being offset. Also try to avoid holding the paper with one hand and closing the cover with the other hand. 2. If the paper roll is found to be uneven, flatten the two sides of the paper roll before putting it into the printer paper bin.

You can open the paper compartment cover of the machine, clear the abnormality, pull out one or two sheets of consumables and then close the paper compartment cover. After the machine closes the cover and finishes refilling the paper, you can roll the consumables into the paper compartment again and print normally.

1. Click Print again. 2. If printing fails again, turn the machine on and off, reconnect and print again.

When tearing paper forward, the edge of the flap is not sharp enough. It is recommended to tear paper backward with a tearing knife.

There is a ratchet inside the ribbon cassette, and occasionally the ribbon cassette positioning teeth and the teeth of the drive shaft inside the machine cannot adapt to each other and get stuck. You can manually turn the recovery shaft on the right side of the ribbon cassette slightly clockwise.

To ensure that the hooks on both sides are closed synchronously and avoid wrinkled belt problems caused by asynchrony, it is recommended to use the fingers of both hands to press the middle area of the flap when closing the paper compartment cover of the machine, or to press both sides quickly with both hands at the same time.
