With our commitment to our customers, we understand that packages can sometimes get lost in transit. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days for U.S. orders, or 45 calendar days for international orders shipped from Hong Kong (from the date of shipment), you may choose to receive a full refund or a replacement at our expense.
Duties and Taxes:
For U.S. orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse, no additional taxes are required at delivery. For international orders shipped from Hong Kong, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient. However, NIIMBOT may cover or partially subsidize these fees at our discretion to improve your shopping experience. Please check with your local customs office for details.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at serviceus@niimbot.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. During rush days, please estimate extra 5 business days more than usual.
